Company background
Founded and registered with the Ministry of Trade in 2014 as Ritzy Mentors it was later changed to Visionary Mentors in 2022. In 2024, it was registered by the Central Bank of Lesotho as an Investment Advisor. Its formation was inspired by the statistical fact that most Basotho tend to make poor financial decisions and this was attributed to the existence of very few platforms that equip the nation with the financial knowledge required to make financial decisions that help them build wealth.
